POLITICAL odd couple Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani have been implicated in a sleazy plot to sell presidential pardons for $2 million apiece — a shocking scandal legal experts say could topple Teflon Trump’s reelection bid and send both men to the slammer!
In bombshell legal papers, Rudy’s former business development manager Noelle Dunphy alleges he asked her if she knew anyone who might need a pardon because he and Trump were selling them for $2 million — and splitting the profits fifty-fifty!
Dunphy claims Rudy — Trump’s personal attorney and consigliere at the time — told her he had special “immunity” from prosecution and warned any prospective buyer needed to avoid “the normal channels” of the Office of the Pardon Attorney to keep the scheme out of public records.
Insiders say the stunning allegations are likely to draw the attention of federal prosecutors despite Dunphy admitting she doesn’t have evidence pardons were actually sold — and the former New York mayor vehemently denies all the charges in her sordid suit.
“It’s not something federal lawmen can ignore,” says one Beltway insider. “Selling pardons is a big deal. And Giuliani would be a very inviting target for anyone looking to make a case against Trump.”
